That's why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, valid for 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our customer support team by emailing contact@myhairmony.com with:
- Your order number
- Your reason for returning
- Photos or videos of the product if it has been opened or used (front, back, sides, close-up of the bristles, liquid reservoir, and charging port)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll send you the return address and specific instructions for shipping your item back.
Returning Your Item
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included
- Returns must be shipped with a tracking number and signature confirmation. Hairmony cannot be held responsible for lost or unconfirmed returns, and no refund will be issued in such cases
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, and if all conditions are met, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
A flat restocking fee of $15 may be deducted to cover technical inspection, cleaning, and processing of the returned item.
1-Year Warranty
All Hairmony products come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions under normal use conditions.
What's covered:
- Manufacturing defects or hidden flaws affecting the product's functionality
What's not covered:
- Damage caused by misuse (drops, shocks, electrical surges)
- Normal wear and tear (consumable parts, battery, cable)
- Repairs or modifications made by unauthorized third parties
- Failure to follow the instructions in the provided user guide
To file a warranty claim, contact us with:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
- A detailed description of the defect, with photos or videos if possible
If the defect is confirmed as covered under warranty, we will replace the product at no charge.
Hairmony is not liable for indirect damages, data or usage loss, or any financial losses related to product downtime.
Refund Eligibility Conditions
The following conditions apply exclusively to our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- Product condition — Must be returned fully functional, clean, and free of visible or internal damage. No signs of excessive use, cracks, burns, or unauthorized modifications.
- Accessories & packaging — All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included. Missing accessories may result in a deduction of up to 25% of the refund amount. Used or damaged accessories will not be accepted for hygiene reasons.
- Damaged packaging on delivery — Packaging damaged during shipping while the product remains intact does not qualify as grounds for a refund. Shipping damage is the carrier's responsibility.
- Supporting evidence — Hairmony reserves the right to request additional photos or videos to verify the product's condition before approving a refund.
- Proper use — The customer must demonstrate that the product was used in accordance with the provided user guide (frequency, intensity settings, recommended protocol). Refunds may be denied in cases of clear misuse.
- Reason for return — A clear and detailed reason for dissatisfaction must be provided.
Hairmony reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet all of the above conditions.
