Order Processing All orders are processed within 48 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, slight delays may occur — we'll notify you by email if that's the case.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order contents and delivery address. Estimated delivery times are 6–12 business days depending on your order (liquid etc).

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by product availability, weather conditions, or peak periods (holidays, sales events, etc.).

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, activated within 24 hours of dispatch so you can follow your package in real time.

Delivery Issues If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  • Please allow up to 5 business days from the delivery date
  • Check with neighbors or your building's front desk — misdeliveries happen
  • Contact the carrier directly to open an investigation

Once the carrier confirms delivery, Hairmony's responsibility for the shipment ends.
